Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we keep our return policy simple and transparent.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or sizing issues.

Approved returns are subject to a $7.95 flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
There are no restocking fees.


Made-to-Order Items

All items are produced on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. As a result, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes (color, style, fit)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Final sale items

Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gamedaygraceco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@gamedaygraceco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
