Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Items are printed and shipped from facilities in the United States (and occasionally Canada, depending on the product).

Producing items on demand helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created just for you.

How long does shipping take?

Because everything is made to order, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • 3–7 business days for shipping (U.S.)

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to:

We’re not shipping to other countries just yet.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on all orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Why didn’t my order ship immediately?

We don’t mass-produce inventory. Each item is created after you place your order, which takes a little extra time — but allows us to focus on quality and avoid overproduction.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are made to order, we can’t change or cancel orders once production has started.

If you notice an issue immediately after placing your order, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

Since items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a favorite item you already own and comparing it to the chart.

If you’re between sizes and want a more relaxed fit, sizing up is usually a safe choice.

Will my order arrive in one package?

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where they’re produced. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

How should I care for my items?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

  • Avoid ironing directly on printed or embroidered areas
